Hello 2012....HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

I remember starting my blog early this year thinking "let's just do it...what's the worst that could happen" and now, I can honestly say that it has been one of the best decisions I ever made. My blog has become my little project, outside of my professional career, it's where I can be free to say or do whatever I want. I have also enjoyed making some on-line friends along the way. For my final post in 2011, here are a collage of my favourite outfits.

2011 has been a great year for me - my year of self- discovery and new opportunities, and I believe the best is yet to come in 2012.
So my lovely online buddies, may each day of the coming year bring you new happiness and many reasons for celebrations. Stay blessed, be safe and wishing you all a Happy New Year. Love Temi

Holiday Snaps - Algarve, Portugal

November as been such a great month for me; I got a new job, spent more quality time with my family & travelled to Portugal with my lovely friend, Buky. Portugal was amazing, and it was nice to take things slow for a change and enjoy every moment without having to deal with work & life in general. Three words to describe my stay in Portugal; peaceful, breath-taking & relaxing. Here are some pictures we took.
It's my first week back in London and it is great to be back...and I am really looking forward to Christmas. Has anyone started their Christmas shopping yet??? 'cos I haven't. Enjoy your weekend everyone. Love Temi.

Think Pink

 Jumper & Shorts - PRIMARK, Boots - H&M, Bag - NewLook

My mom always says that I am obsessed with PRIMARK, and maybe I am. I have never been a snub to affordable bargain clothes,  my attitude is if I like it, I buy it.  Over the years, i believe PRIMARK as really stepped up their game, although i have to say their prices have gone up alot lately  (that, i am not crazy about!). I`m not a big fan of the colour pink, but when I saw this jumper, i fell in love with it instantly. The colour is very bright and vibrant, which makes everything I wear pop.  Today I have teamed it with a pair of shorts and boots  for a causal day out, something simple, just the way I like it. I`ve also worn the jumper with jeans and skirts on other occassions and   trust me when i say to you that it looked amazing.
As you all know, Autumn is one of my favourite time of the year, the sight of the brownish/golden fallen leaves on the grass is such a beautiful sight.  Is it just me? or doesn't it look spectacular. I took a picture of the view of the park, just so you can get an idea of what a beautiful sight it is at this time of the year.  Do you see what I see? Enjoy your weekend everyone. Love Temi

Grey, black & white...the shades of autumn

Shirt & Tights - PRIMARK, Shorts - WAREHOUSE, Boots - URBAN OUTFITTERS, Scarf - H&M
Jacket - NEW LOOK

Dearie me, would you believe it’s been over a month since I lasted posted? Damn! That’s not good. To be honest, I have been making some very important changes to my personal/career life, which has been taking a lot of my time and energy, hence why blogging had to be put aside for a little while. I have also been spending time with my family, redecorating my room and reading sloppy novels. But right now, I’m feeling very refreshed and I am ready to get into the swing of things. Since my last post, I haven't done anything out of the ordinary – work, very little play, watching TV soaps/movies, applying for jobs and spending time with family, (pretty boring...I know, but I think I needed that). I’m back, I have got a lot of future events and travels, and I am definitely going to start posting more regularly, so please stay tuned.

Autumn is one of my favorite times of the year. The days get colder and shorter, my skin looks fresh and flawless and I get to wear my cozy sweaters, platform boots, scarves, coats, and drink loads of tea. I went to one of the African Hair Mega Sale events on Saturday and this is what I wore. Shorts, large shirts, tights and boots are a few of my autumn essentials. A very simple and effortless look, just the way I like it. On another note, I can’t believe its November already. Christmas’s almost here and I can’t wait. Have a lovely week everyone. Love Temi. X
